Reem Kassis
Reem Kassis is a Palestinian writer and author of the James Beard nominated cookbook "The Palestinian Table." A former business consultant and graduate of The Wharton School and the LSE, today she uses the power of food and storytelling to share the Palestinian narrative with the world. Born and raised in Jerusalem, she currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters.
