Loran Nordgren is a Professor of Management and Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management. His research and teaching explores the psychological forces that propel and prevent the adoption of new ideas. Loran has received numerous awards for research and teaching, and has worked with companies throughout the world on a wide-range of behavior change problems, a process he calls Behavioral Design. David Schonthal is a Clinical Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches courses in new venture creation, design thinking, business acquisition, healthcare entrepreneurship, corporate innovation and creativity.He is also a Senior Director of Business Design at IDEO where helps organizations build and launch new ventures, design transformational new business models, and establish novel go-to-market strategies for products and services.
