马克·图什内特

马克·图什内特，美国哈佛大学法学院教授，曾任教于威斯康辛大学与乔治城大学。研究领域为美国宪政理论，宪政史、比较宪法等。主要著作包括Out of Range: Why the Constitution Can't End the Battle over Guns (2007). A Court Divided: The Rehnquist Court and the Future of Constitutional Law (2005).
