Richard Flanagan
澳大利亚作家。1961年生于塔斯马尼亚。1994年出版《河流引路人之死》,被《泰晤士报文学增刊》评为“澳大利亚文学最有前途的首作之一”。2001年根据画家威廉·古尔德的经历写出《古尔德的鱼类图鉴》,获2002年英联邦作家奖。2013年出版《深入北方的小路》,次年即获布克奖,被《卫报》评为“大师之作”。弗兰纳根亦被《华盛顿邮报》誉为“当世最伟大的作家之一”。2020年出版《幻梦中涌动的海》。
