这不是一本让你听完就豁然开朗的听力书，而是一套需要你用笔把声音'翻译'成结构的训练工具。读者反复提到它'太有技术含量'——书中大量使用听力简化符号，要求听者边听边做笔记、梳理逻辑，把一段语音还原成清晰的提纲。正因如此，它两极分化明显：有人称其为'神书'，在跑步时都能跟上节奏；也有人抱怨'第3册都不是人听的'，过了四级便觉得浪费时间。它适合愿意忍受'吃力感'、追求听力底层能力而非应试捷径的人，不适合追求轻松速成的读者。选材偏西式、文字优美，录音却年代久远、半小时一截，体验上并不友好。

【教书匠】20110901 非常棒的听力书，各种西式的听力训练，取材文字优美。

绝对的神书

编的还是很严谨的，有思路，不过内容老了，也太严肃。适合有规划地学习。

买错书了，很差劲，英语过了四级的人就不要看了，浪费时间。

跑步时候听完的

比较简单的

只学了两章，第一章有关于Marriage的，老师爹味浓得一匹

其实不错的里面有各种情境只是对我来说没什么用听不进去。。不过还是因为他的书名打四星 step by step 我喜欢这个书名嗯

现场收音让听起来障碍更多，更有挑战性

部分录音年代较为久远不太清晰，而且音频文件半个小时一个的，听起来不太方便。
