称之为谈判小妙招
不错的小书。整体原则是要用principled negotiator啊,关注问题本身,而不是position。有些蛮实用的tips:1.听很重要啊,听完理解和同意不是一回事儿。2.本杰明的借书策略。3.对人要软,对事要硬气4.要明白谈判和协商是一定要让对方满意的(放弃关注谁赢了)5.agreement is often based on disagreement。6.不要害怕或者屈服于对方的压力,做出的抉择和决定都是基于原则(principal)而不是压力。Never yield to pressure,only to principle!7.多问一些理性的问题,追根溯源;8.永远留有底牌,想好如果无法达成一致后,自己的后手(选择)9.问问题然后暂停,明白沉默的力量!10.不要让别人偷换概念
