十分实用的一本书。 说了约会的三种倾向（浪漫主义者，最大化者，犹豫主义者）、著名的依恋理论、对维持长期关系真正重要的因素、如何决定同居/结婚、如何有意识地维持好关系。建立在心理学、行为经济学等研究之上，有参考价值。

非常实在的工具书 关于spark，intentional love的部分对我来说很新颖

有关于break up的部分挺好的

Like the general idea that relationship is built with decisions vs. found by accident. But those "how-to"s just over-simplify the humanity - though also proves that relationship indeed is a rigid demand b/c product-market fit is usually achieved by building product that fits the market, but for dating the market likes to adapt to the product lol

刚看到书名的时候，在想，肯定是传播腐朽思想的破书。读完之后觉得，满身技能，就差遇到人施展了

依恋类型：逃避式依恋；总觉得自己还没准备好；对他人和关系都抱有不切实际的希望；没有约会的技能，四象限图也没有掌握。所以我单身真的是太正常了

Fun to read. Now I am really considering switch my mindset.

我和S从date到确定关系到全程都贯穿了这本书，在一开始完全没有想到要和他DTR，只是觉得认识了一个新的人，还由此学到了新的东西读了一本书，是很好的体验。我边读边给他总结读书笔记，整个过程搞得像是学术分享，穿插着各种心理测试。感恩这本书，谈到恋爱了。
