基本同意,唯一需要注意的问题是铁过载,至少作者目前每周自己放血来解决铁过载。
这一位很有意思 实际上属于carnivore diet群体里被排斥的一位 因为他除了carni之外还每天口服200g蜂蜜哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 一直被人骂为什么要吃bee vomit哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 看他youtube也能发现 此人很是亢奋 讲话超啰嗦的 书不值得一看 推荐shawn baker那本要好得多 这位纯属拾人牙慧还不怎么到位的
可能是这辈子花最长时间读完一遍的书。作者其实已经在书中说明了,他并不建议所有人都只进行动物源饮食,而是假设很多慢性健康问题与人普遍没有意识到的植物源饮食有关,包括植物中的油脂、蛋白质、碳水和其他毒素。在现阶段,解决这类问题的一个比较可行的方法是暂停一切植物源饮食,等到问题逐渐解决后,再把自己喜欢的植物源饮食逐一恢复,以此在过程中判断出自己不耐受饮食中的哪些植物。 你至少可以接受一个这样的结论:人在长期只吃动物时有可能达到完美健康状态,但在只吃植物的情况下则做不到,而合成牛肉是真正的智商税。

最近沉迷研究饮食,于是看到了这本书,推荐祖先进化式的纯肉饮食方式,然而现代化规模社会确实消耗不起,作者也只是建议从几周至几月的时间尝试看看是否能够观察到身体的改变,再看是否真的植物对自己的身体造成炎症。
