8.28 - 9.13.2022 目前读过的习惯养成类书最好的一本,没有之一。从motivation, ability和prompt三个角度系统地对行为进行分析,提供了大量例子来展示如何将目标实体化并拆解成心理压力小可操作性非常强的baby steps。看书的这段时间跟着书里面提到的prompt, consistency, do what you want to do, and have fun,目前已经轻松建立了几个用于一天内不同时间和scenario的ritual,感觉超棒!强烈推荐想建立good habbit摆脱bad habbit的人阅读并尝试!
非常有逻辑性,也有实操指导价值,后续要做读书笔记~

非常有帮助的书。值得重复阅读多次,不断练习书中提到的技巧。
“Tiny is mighty.”
读之前想着最多介于Mini Habits跟Atomic Habit之间,当motivation、ability坐标轴拉开,配上prompt倒推来troubleshooting,我都惊呆了,不敢相信人的行为设计模式就如此简单,可越想越佩服,去查作者背景才知道是斯坦福行为设计院实验室的主任,Instagram的创始人是他的学生。后半本emotions create habits更是把我的存货全摊开讲明白了。用这套改变身边人的行为,尤其是利于工作场景,想来太多情绪冲突都是观念问题,换一个角度两边都更轻松。用tiny habits帮退学儿子重新找到方向那个例子太真实了。
改变是一种可以通过学习和刻意练习获得的能力。习得这种能力时最为关键的一点是,We change best by feeling good.
