Worth reading. 虽然研究对象是儿童，但是成年人也同样适用。 除了常见的左右脑-理智与情感分区以外，本书还提供了downstairs- upstairs大脑的划分理论，讲述了如何在动物本能和大脑基础功能之上，升级开发更强壮有力且平和的大脑🧠能够在对外与人交流互动和对内与自己的相处中，体验更多有力有爱又优质的连结。 是一本很有呼吸感的书📖还蛮喜欢的～
