看完突然觉得Dave Asprey真是full of shit。。。特别是知道其实把油加到咖啡里是Paul Chek最早提出来的,而不是Dave自己去喝了一杯酥油茶才想出来的,商业化cultural appropriation感满满

有效断食是个很好的帮我们达到完美饮食的方法。
根据这本书,人能吃的蔬菜种类太少了。。。感觉世界好危险,什么都吃不了了。不过,有点过于多虑了。仅仅黑掉茄科植物就好了吧。 倒是改变了我对坚果和咖啡的看法,从此再也不碰了。
