20220122读完95页。原本以为是传记,结果只有很少一部分介绍了RBG的早年生活,后面几乎都是各个场合的演讲稿。可能比较适合听书。
The book is a selection of Ginsburg's writings and speeches on various topics. Although not the most exciting, Ginsburg's writing perfectly captures the principles of clarity, elegance and humanity. This book serves as a great addition to Notorious RBG。读的时候时常惊叹于她写作的功底,但个人还是更喜欢Marty的文字,那种深入骨髓的幽默和对于人生的轻松,实在太难得了。

RBG的稿子真的是值得全文背诵的程度,对文字的掌控力和运用真是叹为观止
有点dry,基本都是RBG在不同时期的演讲的集合,非常适合边走边听。RBG以法律为手段,在其漫长的职业生涯中不懈地为实现性别平等而斗争。
虽然对法律本身兴趣不大 但是对律师群体充满了兴趣 RBG is an inspiration to us all.
