全文论述了6个提升performance的好习惯,大多可直接实践,“找到必要性,提升达成热情”这个思维习惯对我影响尤为明显,往大了说该习惯可使人的思维持续保持正向,往小了说就是可以不断给自己“灌鸡汤”,最终达成目标,当然这个鸡汤是褒义。
实在是太啰嗦了!而且整本书的语气,就是想给大企业卖培训,哎

中年危机时刻出现的一本救命书。看了几页就知道这书能帮到我。当别人都夸你是top performer,年中评价好的让人脸红,你也做了好多吸睛的大项目之时,你却开始担心自己能不能一直表现这么好了。对于我们这种爱折腾的人来说,这种burn out原来是始于自己把目标定低了。书里不仅讲道理还告诉你怎么做,一下就从鸡汤变五星人生使用手册了。

听得英文版,美式成功学确实用词句式什么的很简单,基本听得懂。另外这本书还是比较有意义的,有很多实操的办法之类。
