很实用的工具书 具体到很小的action items
书里谈到的tips都蛮基础的 但难得的是作者不光详细的介绍了 what to do, how to do it 还有why it should be done in certain ways #基础实操性强的读物 it all boils down to the very simple rule of communication - focusing on others, not yourself.
如何有效的沟通,如何高质量的影响他人,如何从听众的角度表达意见,这本书非常实用,细节到了演讲前如何介绍他人,或被他人介绍,五星好评,不仅仅可以读一遍,而且应该经常拿出来读读!
近期读过最好的工具书了
相比之前在coursera学过的business communication课程, 这本书的内容意外的更全面. 跳过了一些短时间内用不上的内容, 打算先开始尝试书中一些基础技巧.
非常推荐,干货满满,应该早点读到也不至于职场走弯路,美国职场effective的沟通太重要了
