Who is that? Mr Toad. A beautiful ending, but I still want to know the plan of Mr Heron.
It's just a lottery what sort of parents you get."
They can love them or reject them, cuddle them or abuse them. It's just a lottery what sort of parents you get'
How amazing if we really could say goodbye to the old ourselves only after a few sessions with a counselor like that in this book. How incredible if we really could make progress all the way down. Unfortunately, the real life grows in a spiral curve which we can’t avoid low points of, however I really don’t want to face them.
