啥时候国内也能有一本类似的教材,中国的科学就真正“出师”了。
细节。忒多了吧。。作为一本教科书还是系统点好啊...细节神马的可以自己看paper嘛...
Man, this book brings me all the feels.
An inspiring book focusing more on the experimental design instead of merely listing facts. Most of the schematics strike a good balance between being too concise and being too detailed (an example for being too detailed: some of those schematics in Lehninger's PoBioChem) (英文寫不下了) 不過這書的章節安排方式比較混亂,書中細節也太多了(簡直是把論文直接搬上來),對於初學者肯定不甚合適
