Nguyen Le is from Lancaster, Penn. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Photography from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, where she designs elegant and witty knitted and felted accessories for her line, KnitKnit. At an early age, her mother taught her to sew which began her lifelong interest in the crafting process. Nguyen works with a variety of materials to create small pieces and projects. She tries to do her part to lessen waste, therefore fabric and yarn scraps are always kept for future projects. This collection of materials and love of crafting has made her into a toy-making expert. Nguyen has been featured on the Martha Stewart Show, and in magazines such as Interweave Felt, Knitscene, and InStyle.
