可以简单看看，了解一下。最后的例子还有点参考价值

这本书断断续续看了很长时间, 内容非常不错, 基本涵盖了scrum, 用户故事, 迭代计划. 是对项目进行敏捷管理的不错参考. 另外最后一章的案例分析非常赞, 前面的你可以不看, 但是案例一定要看, 看完案例基本上你就可以知道该如何操作敏捷项目管理了
