居然被我看完了，李光耀的访谈记录，很值得一看。他的基因决定论让人不寒而栗，其实也正是因为他的这种世界观构成了新加坡这种高度精英化的社会

鞭辟入里 思考深入 很多可以借鉴的思维模型
对李的印象：直白、冷静且睿智、危机意识重，是个时刻关注和热爱新加坡的人。他那个“死后把故居拆除以免因保护建筑而影响周边楼价及地价”的要求着实让我惊诧，而且身在幕后依旧操心着如何保证最基本制度被后世推翻的可能，确实让人敬重。一个有人格魅力的领袖需要综合能力，而说服群众的能力更是重中之重，毫无疑问李满足这一切。
如他所说，新加坡面临土地局限性、人口及人才短缺以及种族多元化等严重问题，他做出的对顶端制度的设计很有成效，像精英教育和对人才的高难度筛选、新一代领导人由老一代过渡引领的换届制度以及从根本上解决腐败问题的高薪养廉制都特别让我感触。
虽然认同他的“美国是意识形态上的霸权主义，中国曾经与东南亚的附庸关系却始终让人担心”，但他这种对中国的距离感以及“选择繁衍论”之类的说法还是让人觉得太过理性。
可和《李光耀观天下》一起读。读于2020年某月。
