几年前的书。由于判例和政策的变化，部分内容已经过时需要更新了。
可以说是GDPR 101最佳手册了。不过可能需要根据最新判例啥的做调整。
自创条目自评。考个CIPP/E简直是目前各种法务同行们的标配。这本书怎么说呢，典型的欧洲人（包括英国人）写东西，本来一句话能说完的绝对要变成一句话中间插入一个从句才能说完。信息量已经在篇幅内做到了最大，很多内容还是总结的不错。
