It’s a short reminder that success can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations we are willing to have, and by the number of uncomfortable actions we are willing to take.那我可真是能赢麻了,日常在我看来就够不适了
鸡汤文,在事业低潮期、迷茫的时候可以得到一定的鼓励。不足的是整本书流水帐式地写了一个又一个名人的采访,没有先后次序,没有总结归纳,以致于很多名人对同一个问题的回答自相矛盾,大大降低了这本书的价值。
和<tools of titans>调调相似,整理的更好,问题更清晰,回答和思考更深入,就是没有了脑洞轰炸的新鲜感,可能是《Tools》反复阅读太多遍了吧。
一本工具书,可以了解各种人的心态、工具、价值观。看到成长/试错轨迹多种多样,蛮有意思的。每天几分钟、几分钟的看。竟然在年末这天看完了。也算印证书末那句:The secret in winning any game is in not trying too hard.
处在面对鸡汤和名言毫无波澜的时期,很主观。
I like it. When I saw Brian Koppelman’s name I was really excited. Tim Ferriss did interview some awesome creators. The value depends on these interviewees’ accomplishments, so if you’re not familiar with them you would call it chicken soup, but if you are, you’ll find it quite inspiring:)
