之前买的“设定集”都是漫威出产，相比之下这本的特效成分几乎为零。几乎全是人物设计、机车技艺、实打实的特技（杂技？）。设定全贯彻一物多用原则，小到车上的玩偶都是为赋予机车个性。这本书还告诉我们两个理科生做艺术会多牛逼。读时的感想可以用跋中的一句话来总结：I marvelled at the craftsmanship that had gone into making this majestic, motorised sculpture.
虽然被电影震得视觉疲劳但还是买了，设计真酷啊，我愿称其为集大成者，设计出来就很牛逼了还都做了出来，工作桌上都是铁皮啥的，really hard core dude，还记得他们找到了那件发霉的夹克（）
