很疑惑为何要把这书写成memoir, 感觉近似作者父亲生平大事件小传(或写长点搞成学术作品探究48年后巴勒斯坦人的司法尝试也可以?),基于其父文件却也严重受限于材料,写得很干文学性不强;且作者对父母双方叙事的前后选择让人感觉他不仅对父母缺乏理解、有时也……不够辩证看待问题?但其父作为律师在几十年间的各种实践确实是此书非常有价值的部分,通过司法手段撬动某块铁板作为大诉求的切入口(1.上诉为巴勒斯坦难民讨还被银行冻结的资产 2.提出两国和平方案的前瞻性)。两代人不断受挫、不断尝试同时眼看家国沦丧曾经同志放弃乃至与加害方苟合、更受同胞指责,对心理状态的影响也显而易见。作者父亲坚持巴方问题应由自己解决、要建国取得上桌谈判的资格,但该如何提出一个大部分人认同的诉求、拿出谈判的筹码,或许真是天问。
