对freud评价的一段很有意思.

从奥地利到英国、再从伦敦到美国，一位以报道世界局势出身的经济学家在风云际会时，站在一众历史人物身旁，旁观和思考着。虽然没有强调他本身的管理理念，但记录下的观察如此细致和深刻，应该也是他成为大师的特质之一吧。那些如雷贯耳的人物接连亮相，想起那本《人类群星闪耀时》，可惜大师的时代已经一去不复返。

读完，极度适合手拿保温杯的中年人群。如果你从事教育，那么德鲁克对他小学四年级的两位老师的描述，应该是经典必读。除此之外，没有一章不挑战心智，有种喝鸡汤如饮毒药的感觉。

第一章写得简直太好了，但是后来的就越来越没什么意思了。我看书还是太主观了，喜欢的文笔恨不得喷上天，不喜欢的立马就没有了兴趣。

怪不得，原来那朴实而深刻的管理理论，是建立在这样一位bystander的观察之上。
