看的是不知道哪位圈内大神翻译的版本,翻译错误比较多,但丝毫不影响专业性。学了许多新知识,记了许多小笔记。
不多见的讲鸡尾酒技巧而不是配方的书。从工具到选材料到制作都有详细的讲解。只想随便学几种酒的话大概用不到,适合想要钻研更深或者真正去酒吧工作的人。
