两个人都给我推荐过这本神书..一个是做biochemical开公司的智利老太一个是我们找到的悉尼过来的管理人员。这书的标题太具有迷惑性了..虽然作者是个dental professor..但写书的认真范像极了william osler啊！我读了好几个月的..100年前的观察各种prophetic的..人类学+旅行+地方人文志+medicine..而且是科技手段非常简陋的条件下...

有点啰嗦，作者用今天的眼光看也有点racist，不过算是超前时代的一本书吧，哪天准备要娃了可以参考下。三十年代还不知道sleep disordered breathing，应该能解释作者发现的correlation between dental issues and health/behavior problems，可以配合Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic阅读。我特意去查了下作者所谓的high vitamin butter oil，然而市面上只有两款产品没有第三方测试也不知道efficacy到底咋样。前几年有个爱尔兰的startup叫anu dairy做同类产品似乎今天已经黄了（看着kefir lab）。

建议去油管看看ancestral foundation和orthotropics频道。看到这条建议的家伙们，你们太走运了啊喂！
