开嗓练习很好用，speech level还需要多体会
Seth Riggs的早期作品，基本是SLS练习的核心内容，分章节由浅到深进行。讲解基础原理，但与其它理论性较强的书籍有内容上的冲突，且据说与Seth现在的看法相悖。不过里面的理念和练习还是很值得学习。
