most helpful self-help book
this book is so so so healing and helpful, it tells people how to believe in themselves. just remember: “you don’t have to have someone else to validate your existence”, you are here, you are already are. love is all about mutual intimacy, it is a place where you can value and cherish yourself and your mate, peace.
***Getting past your breakup rule number one: NO CONTACT.*** Shameful but helpful, I read my first self-help book. It actually functions effectively in my daily subconscious despite how silly it sounds during the reading. But if a breakup is so painful, why we start it anyway? Just saying.
I need closure. I just need to make sense of it all. I want to be available for reconciliation. NC. Aloneness isnt deadly silence but empowering quietude. Nature abhors a vacuum动起来。
