非常棒的研究。去年看的，作为essay主要理论框架。
反思postcolonialism
精彩。批评后殖民话语的inventedness是否本身就是一种殖民主义的延续，二元划分、线性历史观、其他帝国主义殖民历史的断裂等等，以及拒绝将世界还原成single issue的一切主义（草草翻了一半还没读完赶着先来标，立论好清晰看起来好爽！每一页一眼扫过去都能看到重点，是我想要模仿的写作
Ch1。很好看。关于殖民者将殖民地女性化、女性如何被刻画为边界的守卫者与中介者，为解除特权的担忧而被视为威胁严加监视的观察幽微而有说服力，且让我知道了《洁净与危险》是在讲啥，要读这本了。Mimicry不能被指望成为agency也是我的观点。不是没有agency,agency在其他方面，the subordinated也不是一天到晚只想着反抗的。
语言简洁明了，立论却 constantly blows my mind!! 除了大的框架很好以外，细微处的分析也经常是让人过目难忘...TT 非常好奇为什么读得人这么少？期待3本新书：Paranoid Empire，Skin Hunger，Planet of Intimate Trespass！
很大程度上影响并且建构了我硕士论文的大框架！对于Olive Schreiner的论述很精彩，这种形象对于学者来说不得不写啊。
hard to read yet very thought provoking. I enjoy a lot the author's argument on time and spectacle.
