transvestite现在应该都被trans*代替了吧,研究词汇或者说category的变化应该也蛮有趣的。作者似乎有意扩大了这个词的意思,更倾向于表达一种transgression,比如她提到的Malvolio(不过当然了他有cross-gartered yellow stockings。。
教授居然用一整章來論證她為什麼認為彼得潘是女人。。。完全不能說服我,但又寫得蠻好的。。。不知該如何打星,只能說你們這些舞台性別學專家的腦迴路我溝不通。PS芭芭拉史翠姍男裝超帥。PPS被變裝肯尼娃娃嚇死了,He's a handsome prince...和大鬍子辣妹有異曲同工之妙,哪個家長會給小孩買這種玩具???
