有的菜真的蛮有趣的,大部分是我不会自己去做的。既不是亚洲菜,也不是美国菜。像有点随意的主厨笔记。扫描版的图片质感怪怪的,无食欲感。
当cooking book看关于自己经历的废话太多,当自传看又插入了很多不东不西的食谱,swear words还多到爆。就没啥好的阅读体验。David Chang还是好好做餐馆做网红吧m
爱说脏话的大卫张!还是很喜欢。喜欢他们啥都不浪费,尊重食物,也尊重做食物的人。随便打开一页就可以看下去。有些菜谱自己也可以做。
well I'm not gonna cook anything out of it but Dave Chang is the best.
