学习ITIL体系比较大的收获是:1)先从顶层视角建立了基于价值共创的“价值流”体系;2)书中给了七大在这个行业比较实用的原则;3)把几十个实践过程,用组件的思维来讲述;4)实用性很强,如果有微服务的思维,你可以在实践中将组件按需组合,基本上从小项目到大公司,无论敏态和稳态,都可以用。最后送给自己的话,“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行“。
这是ITIL4的教材书籍,看了中文版本的,英文版本大致翻阅了一下。整体而言,ITIL要解决的事情是小公司走向大公司的过程中的规范性和完整性的问题,从开发到交付,从代码到测试,都非常完整的给出了解决方案。整体而言,学懂ITIL4是一件非常不容易的事情,更不容易的是需要把这个事情运用到企业实践中去,就更难。但是,再难也需要有人做这个事情,也需要把优秀的理念和理论运用到实践中去并迭代理论。非常不错的一本书,英文版也是极好的,比中文版更直观和直接。
ITIL这套理论,其实就是对下做IT服务团队管理,对上向管理层阐释IT技术如何构成企业价值链,对内如何与公司内部非技术部门协调沟通,对外如何管理供应商与合作伙伴
考试内容全是书里原话,相当于书本身是题库。然而它也只像题库,缺少例子。那个租车公司的设定也没什么帮助,人物登场时说的话就是把书里抽象的概念换了个说法而已,逻辑性不强不好理解。 可以理解这本书是干过这行的人整理的笔记,适合干过这行的回头去回忆一些细节。对于不懂这行的人来说内容非常抽象难啃,最多是对名词有些了解。
画了不少流程在价值流系统中的热点图,个人感觉意义不是很大。
