不同社会环境和意识形态下的产物,从纯管理的角度来看,想实现太难了,有很多影响这个小小生态的因素。从打工人的角度来看,天哪,简直是天堂~
不要用战术上的勤奋来掩盖战略上的懒惰
一看以为是工作鸡汤,二看发现是职场反常识合辑,再看原来是史上最佳招聘说明(没有之一),以及为中小企业变革组织量身定制的 Redesign 指北。 Getting Real--Rework--Remote,渐渐地,basecamp 已经变成新职业形态、新协作共同体、创新个体的指路明灯了。
提高效率的方法不是疯狂加班,这只会导致工作分心和更多的压力。疲惫的员工难以保证高效,睡眠不足的中层管理者也会变得格外暴躁。
可惜没找到英文原版,但是中文版也很过瘾,花费一个上午读完这个小册子。如果我们不互相卷,能像书中描述的状态工作就好了,但是国情不许啊。
