非常罗嗦,说来说去其实就是focus on Present,还不如之前在心理学课堂上学过的清晰易懂。I climb because when I’m climbing it’s almost impossible not to be present. I must be right where I am and nowhere else. This brings me great joy and allows me to bring this type of attention to some of the rest of my life.

书如其名,本书就是一本适合慢慢读的书,知识点就一个如书名,不会一次忍不住读完,偶尔闲来拿起来读一读,阅读感受还是不错的
没耐心看这种故事连篇的书
书还好,理念是通过放缓生活节奏来增加思维的清晰度。但是书里最重要的概念free flowing mode ,作者并没有真的解释清,或者告诉我们如何实现这种状态。我的理解就是人有两种思考方式,一种是逻辑思维,另一种是不通过思考用直决做判断。用直觉做判断只能在精神非常放松的状态下才能达到,即必须要给自己足够的时间,而不是强迫自己没准备好就做决策。这就是slow down to the speed of life.
有时候有些书对现在的生活状态就是一剂良药,比如这本。有些内心的想法一旦改变了,那随之变化的就是一连串的事情。
